About
Program Kicks Off For 2017!
The Colorado Mobile Home Rental Assistance Program is currently providing rental assistance to qualified needy, low-income mobile home owners in the state. Several mobile home parks are currently participating in the program.
Serving Low-Income Mobile Home Owners
The program mirrors the Federal Government Section 8 Rental Assistance Program, utilizing the same income criteria and general guidelines. The only exception to this privately funded program is that the applicant’s housing costs must exceed 40% of the household income instead of Section 8’s 30% requirement.
If you are a Colorado Mobile Home Owner and would like more information on the program, please check out Eligibilty Guidelines.
